I embarked on a great journey of supporting people onboarding at u2i!
The role is internally known as the shepherd.
I will support a new hire during their first 6 months at the company. If they face any problem or have a question, it will be my responsibility to help them. Shepherds are also responsible for the evaluation at the end of the trial period.

I'm hopeful that my skills will support new hires and make them feel welcome at the company!
